Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or change an appointment to avoid a cancellation charge.

Please note that there is a cancellation charge of full treatments price in case of late cancellation or missed appointments.

A 50 percent non refundable booking fee is required in order to secure booking , in case of cancellation outside of the 48 hours window, the booking fee will be kept as a credit towards your next appointment. In case of no show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to require payment in full before being able to make another appointment.
