Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or change an appointment to avoid a cancellation charge.

Please note that there is a cancellation charge of full treatments price in case of late cancellation/late communication of reduction of treatments, or missed appointments.

Please look at the email reminder sent 48 hours in advance to check appointment time.

If an appointment is cancelled before  the 48hours window, please do contact us to receive a refund(via email or text message ). The salon is closed on weekends and bank holidays so contact us accordingly, emails/messages are not monitored until Monday morning.
