Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or change an appointment

in order to avoid a cancellation charge.

Please note that a cancellation charge equal to the full treatment price applies  in case of late cancellation, late notification of a reduction in treatments, or missed appointments.

The salon is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Emails and messages are not monitored until Monday morning.
